Service Description
Lash Extension Policy New clients must book a consultation upon booking your appointment. You should have a decent amount of natural lashes in order to qualify for lash extensions. A credit or debit is required at booking. $25 Deposit is due at booking to ensure your presence to your appointment & the remaining will be collected after service is completed. PLEASE READ: - Sets can take up to 4 hours or more (depending on natural lash bed). Please schedule enough time around your appointment to ensure maximum lash time. - Please arrive to appointment with no makeup to ensure maximum lash time. Makeup cleanup is an extra $15 fee. - We ask that you let loved ones know that you will be occupied during your appointment time & we ask that you refrain from taking phone calls unless of emergencies. - No Coffee or preworkout before appointment. - Deposit is required. If you opt to not pay deposit upon booking, please note that deposit is DUE 24 hours before scheduled appointment time & if not paid, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be made online. We can, now, track your loyalty online which helps you accumulate points that you can use towards rewards to redeem. You will not be able to earn points if you are not signed up to be a member on our website & if you do not use Cancellations/ No Shows Cancellations are allowed 24 hr before the appointment with no penalty. Same day cancellations must be done 6 hrs before the appointment begins. Please communicate with us for emergency cancellations. If a cancellation must be done, please reschedule within 3 days to maintain the existing deposit. After 3 days, a new booking plus deposit will be required. If no communication has been done, your booking will be considered a “No call, no show” & your booking will be charged in full to the card that was used during the time of booking. If the payment doesn’t go through (with no communication), you will not be able to book with us again.
