General Policies for Kissmeco Beauty

 

 

Lash Services : Here at Kissmeco Beauty, we want to ensure the best, quality service. Lash extensions are a luxury beauty experience & to ensure the best quality, we want to emphasize that the duration of service could vary from 2 hours - 4 hours for the most fullest, longest lasting coverage (Full Sets) . Please consider this time duration when booking your appointment.

General Policies

  • Due to no seating nor resting area, additional people are not permitted.

  • For the best lash experience, we ask that you silence phones + Let loved ones know to be aware of your appointment time. (Interruptions prolong service time :( )

  • Whether you’re coming for a lash or facial treatment, please come ready to relax.

  • All personal items will have a designated bin.

  • We ask that all clients be courteous & clean up behind themselves after using bathroom.

  • A text notification will be sent to your phone 30 minutes prior to your appointment time that will notify you how to enter the suites. Please wait for the “okay” to enter to ensure disinfection + sanitation has occurred.

Booking

 

Bookings are available & reserved online. Available booking times for services will show upon booking. A credit or debit card is required upon booking. If you do not have a debit/credit card, please make arrangements to pay required fees. If deposit is not paid 48 hours before appointment time, appointment will be cancelled & a notification will be sent. 

 

Bookings are not to be made through Direct Messages, Messenger or any social media site. This ensures you to receive the preferred time slot, opting to pay necessary deposits to ensure appointment security + adding enhancements to your lash experience.

 

All bookings must be made online. We can, now, track your loyalty online which helps you accumulate points that you can use towards rewards to redeem. You will not be able to earn points if you are not signed up to be a member on our website & if you do not use the site to book online.

New Clients

 

If you are a new client, Please arrive 15 minutes before appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork & to conduct any additional consult. Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Card are all accepted as forms of payment.

 

All new lash extension clients must book a consultation first before setting lash appointment. This will ensure that your desired lash style & look will be fulfilled. Virtual consultations are available. 

 

 

 

Deposits

 

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit can go towards another appointment within a 1-week time span. New appointment time must be made within 7 days- After 7 days, another deposit must be paid for another appointment. Deposits must be paid via website.

Cancellations/ No Shows

We all do at some point, so we get it. But please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a $15 cancellation fee.

​Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held. If no credit card was held upon booking, you will not be able to book again.

 

Cancellation Fees
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $15 in addition to your $25 deposit which will go towards your rescheduled appointment. Must reschedule within 7 days.

Lash Extension Policy

 

New clients must book a consultation upon booking your appointment. You should have a decent amount of natural, healthy lashes in order to qualify for lash extensions.

A credit or debit is required at booking. $25 Deposit is due at booking to ensure your presence to your appointment & the remaining will be collected after service is completed.

 

 

 

Things to Consider: 

  • Contact lenses must be removed during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following your appointment.

 

  • Please come to your appointment ready to relax. Lashing is not a quick service. We ask that you notify loved ones that you'll be occupied while receiving services.

  • Come to your appointment makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow. Cleaning lashes thoroughly cuts into lash time. Cleaning fee: $15.
     

  • Lash extensions should not contact water, steam or heavy humidity for 24 hours after application.
     

  • Eyelash extensions cannot be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives.
     

  • Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.

  • If you tend to be restless, this may not be the service for you considering that precise lash application takes time & focus. 

  • Clients with eyes that water excessively may not be considered a right fit for lash extensions. 

 

 

Fills

 

If at any time you have less than 10 extensions per eye, the purchase of a full set will be required.

Fills are considered for sets that are 40-70% full. Anything below 40% is considered a full set. Anything above 70% will be considered a lash touch up. 

Its recommended that you schedule your fills every 2 weeks. Anything after 2-3 weeks are subject to need a full set. 

 

If it has been more than one month since your last appointment, the purchase of a full set will be required regardless of how many lash extensions you have remaining—lash extensions need professional grooming by a qualified technician at least once per month in order to be in maintained in proper condition so that a fill can be applied successfully.

 

Outside Lash Work

We cannot guarantee the work of other salons; if you already have eyelash extensions from another salon, there may be additional fees if the lash extensions were not applied correctly and need to be removed. The lash extension removal fee is $25 for a partial set removal (10 to 30 lashes removed per eye). A full set must then be purchased.

Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your full set, fills are recommended every two weeks. It’s recommended to rebook your fills after your full set appointment.

Facial Policy

 

There are three facials listed in our services. Please make sure to read the descriptions to make sure you choose the facial most suitable for your skin type. If this is your first facial and you have some skin concerns, A consultation will happen before the service & then we will determine which facial is best suitable. Virtual consultations are available.

​Please disclose a brief description of your skin's ailments upon booking.

​Please arrive to appointment with a bare face. (No makeup)

​Please prepare to put away any jewelry during service. You will also be required to wear a robe (provided) to ensure full experience of the facial. 

 

Post-Facial

Due to stimulation & new products being used, you can expect your skin to "purge" itself.

Though this doesn't happen for everyone, "Purging" is when the skin is literally ridding itself of all toxins lying within the skin.

​This lasts up to 28 days (skin turnover time) so it recommended to schedule facials every 4 weeks.

​An at-home regime will be given @ the end of the service along with products to purchase.
